Francis is a results-driven and people-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in implementing and supporting humanitarian and development projects. He has exceptional project management skills, including planning, designing, coordination, monitoring, and execution, with a focus on quality analysis, strategy, and development. Francis has demonstrated expertise in program/project design, monitoring and evaluation, research, and documentation, with experience in various sectors, including humanitarian aid, health, agriculture, education, and livelihoods. He is a resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen teams, and has worked with numerous organizations, including CORDAID, Raising The Villages, Church World Service, and National Agriculture Advisory Services. Francis holds a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Global Maternal and Child Health, and other certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and leadership.
